This invoicing tool (“the App”) is provided for free by Alejandro Kyle J. Guevarra (“the Developer”) as a personal project. By using this App, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

The App is provided “as-is” with no warranties. The Developer is not responsible for financial loss, incorrect invoices, data loss, security breaches, or legal compliance issues. Users are responsible for ensuring their invoices meet legal requirements.

3. Data Privacy & Security

This App does not store, collect, or transmit personal data to external servers. All invoice details are saved locally using IndexedDB. The Developer is not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access due to hacking, malware, or browser vulnerabilities. Users should back up important invoices and secure their devices.

The App uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that may collect non-personally identifiable information such as page views, browser type, and approximate location (e.g., country) to help improve performance and usability. No personal or invoice data is shared or tracked.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the App.

5. User Responsibility & Acceptable Use

Users are responsible for their own device security. The App must not be used for fraudulent activities, tax evasion, or unlawful purposes. The Developer is not responsible for misuse.

If this App includes links to third-party websites or uses third-party services, the Developer is not responsible for their privacy practices or content. This includes Vercel Analytics, which operates in accordance with Vercel's privacy and data handling practices.
